Why don't you list your prices?
There are a few reasons that we don’t list our prices. For one, we provide custom services and the cost for each client may be different than another. For services such as SSL certificates, domain monitoring, and email, there are bulk discounts, or discounts based on the amount of other services used. It would be too complicated to keep pricing updated on the site with ever-changing variables.
Is there any cost to speak with you about my services?
We offer a free initial consultation. If we need to have a few emails or calls in order to understand the scope of your need, we will be happy to do so at no cost in order to build the best path forward for you. If you are calling for quick and general web question, we may charge a small fee, but we will never take a billable action without receiving your consent first. We try to help as many people as we can at the lowest cost to the client.
What is the normal client size that you work with?
We regularly work with some of the largest multi-national companies in the world, small non-profits, and single owner part-time businesses. There is no client too big or too small for us to handle.
do you have an account portal?
We currently do not have an account portal for you to log into but we are working on it! We should have it live soon.
How does support for your products and services work?
Our office hours are 9am-5pm EST Mon-Fri and the office is closed on major US Holidays, but not to worry! We offer 24/7, 365 support for urgent and emergency issues. Once you become a client, we will provide you with all support information and contacts to make sure that no matter the time or day, we have you covered!
How does billing and payment work for your services?
When we onboard you as a client, we cover all aspects of billing and payment. Once we agree upon services and a payment schedule, we can be paid by credit card, money order, check, PayPal, wire, and/or ACH. We are familiar with systems such as TyMetrix 360 and can bill to any PO/Matter number that you provide.
